The service

Market Brief AI is a market-analysis and strategy-simulation app for iPhone and iPad published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms. It provides price data from public sources, statistical models, backtesting, charts and informational context.

Not financial advice

The app is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing it shows — regimes, probabilities, forecasts, signals, advice lines, backtest results — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, and none of it predicts or guarantees real-world results. Trading involves significant risk, including the loss of your capital. Decisions you make are yours alone.

Data

Prices and other data come from third-party public services and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Arte Soft EOOD does not verify them and is not responsible for them or for their availability.

Purchases

Plus and Pro are offered through Apple's in-app purchase as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew according to your App Store settings unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding, models and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of the accuracy of any output. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
